Organisational Resilience

The term Resilience is used in all sorts of contexts today, and has also been adopted by enterprises. The Scienze per la Sicurezza Consulting network defines the practical implications of resilience in a few words: Quality and Depth of Prevention. We propose a method for step-by-step development and incorporation of the mechanisms and characteristics required to build a resilient organisation in everyday practice.
We work with company employees to build the capacity to survive stressful events of all kinds, improving so as to reduce the vulnerability of our own systems and those around us. The goal of quality prevention is acquiring the specific features capable of building effective protection and mitigation of the effects of all difficulties that may emerge, including unforeseen problems, and coming through them stronger, with an even better ability to respond.
