Scienze per la Sicurezza Consulting informs you that all the information you choose to supply via e-mail through our CONTACT US and TRAINING AND INNOVATION sections will be processed in compliance with data and information protection legislation (Legislative Decree 196/03), Security and the Principles of the New European Regulations. Specifically, personal data acquired in relation to present and/or future business relationships shall be filed on computers protected by passwords, firewalls and antivirus software kept up to date at all times. In accordance with the above-mentioned regulations, data will be processed on the basis of the principles of fairness, lawfulness, necessity, proportionality, purposes and transparency and protection of your confidentiality and your rights.
In accordance with art. 13 of the Decree, we hereby inform you that your data is collected for the purposes of:
- fulfilment of our obligations under the agreement stipulated between us and/or to respond to the Data Subject’s specific requests prior to the conclusion of such an agreement;
- fulfilment of obligations under laws, regulations or EU regulations.
Our code of conduct requires us to protect the privacy and confidential information of our users, clients and other contacts. The data will not be disclosed in any way, except in fulfilment of requests received from court authorities in accordance with current legislation. In relation to such treatment, the Data Holder / Data Processor informs you that processing and disclosure of your personal data does not require your consent to the extent that it is necessary for fulfilment of our obligations under the agreement and/or in order to provide the services you have requested or to fulfil the requirements of the law. Moreover, we hereby inform you that:
- • Your data will be processed only by appropriately trained personnel officially appointed as Persons in Charge of the Processing. For example, these include persons providing services for the management of Scienze per la Sicurezza Consulting’s information system and telecommunications networks (including email); persons concerned with transmission of information in printed and/or digital form with data subjects; persons concerned with document filing and data entry; partners and professionals providing assistance and consulting services; accountants.
- • As Data Subject, you are entitled to exercise your rights under art. 7 of the above-mentioned Decree by writing to the Data Processor at info@scienzeperlasicurezza.it.
